At FullTextShirt, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Shipping Origin
- All orders are printed, packed, and shipped directly from our facility in the United States.
2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
- Handling Time: We are proud of our speed! Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business day of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer three shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated as follows:

- Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1 - 3 business day) + Shipping Time.
- Example: If you choose Express Shipping, you can expect to receive your package within 4 to 10 days.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on our website or the carrier's tracking page.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship to customers within the United States. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Address Changes
Since we process orders very quickly (within 1-3 days), please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to change your shipping address. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot reroute it.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
FullTextShirt is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. However, if your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement.
