Refund & Return Policy

At FullTextShirt, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. However, because our products are custom-printed upon ordering, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy below carefully.

1. Timeframe

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns and offer replacements/refunds ONLY if the items fall under the following criteria:

a. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items We guarantee to assist customers who receive the wrong, damaged, or faulty items. This includes:

• Wrong Product: The item received does not match the description on the website (wrong material, wrong size, wrong type).
• Poor Quality: The fabric is torn, dirty, wet, or has visible defects.
• Print Issues: The print is blurred, out of place, peeling, or damaged after the first wash.

b. Sizing Issues (Manufacturer Error) We assist in cases where the product measurements differ significantly from our Size Guide.

• Criteria: A difference of over 1.5 inches from the standard product measurements listed on our site.

c. Non-fitting Items If the item does not fit you well, we are happy to assist.

• Note: Only T-shirts and Tank Tops are eligible for returns/exchanges under this category.

d. Shipping Damage If your package arrives damaged or defective due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately.

3. Restocking Fee

• No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.

4. Return Process (No Return Needed)

To make the process fast and easy for you, you do not need to return the physical item to us. Once your claim is validated, we will either send a free replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Steps to request a return/exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or use our Contact Page within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide Evidence: To verify your claim, please include the following in your email:
   • Your Order Number.
   • A photo of the Shipping Label on the package.
   • Photos/Videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or wrong item.
   • For sizing issues: A photo of the item lying on a flat surface with a measuring tape showing the width/length.
   • Note: If you ordered multiple items, please place them side-by-side in one photo.
3. Resolution: Once we verify that your item meets our policy requirements, we will process a Refund or send a Replacement to your address within 7 business days.

5. Important Notes

• Verification: Products returned/claimed without our verification (via email first) are ineligible for support.
• Replacements: You will receive a replacement of the same price. If you wish to exchange for an item of a higher price, you will need to pay the difference.
• International Orders: For all orders shipped outside the US, we support all defective or unwanted orders within 30 days from the date of delivery.
